Customer Review Policy
Reviews should reflect a real person’s honest experience with the product. Positive, neutral, and negative submissions are evaluated under the same standards.
What may be published
A review may be published when it is relevant to the identified product, describes a genuine experience, contains enough detail to be useful, and does not violate the content rules below. Submission does not guarantee publication or a particular display order.
What is not allowed
Reviews may be rejected or removed for spam, impersonation, fabricated experience, unlawful content, threats, harassment, discriminatory content, explicit content, malicious code, unrelated promotion, duplicate submissions, personal information, order or payment details, or claims that cannot safely be displayed. Criticism, a low rating, a return complaint, or a negative delivery experience is not by itself a reason for rejection.
Material relationships and incentives
Employees, owners, family members, vendors, agencies, influencers, or anyone who received money, a discount, free product, entry into a promotion, or another benefit must disclose that relationship in the form. The current website does not promise an incentive for reviews. If an incentive is ever offered, it must not depend on a positive rating or sentiment and the published review must disclose it clearly.
Verification labels
“Published customer submission” means the review passed moderation; it does not by itself prove a purchase. “Purchase verified” may be displayed only when the business has matched the review to a transaction through a separate verification process. Review email addresses are used for moderation or verification and are not published.
Moderation and suppression
Moderation is based on authenticity signals, relevance, safety, privacy, and the same content rules for every sentiment. The business will not selectively suppress truthful negative reviews to create a misleading impression. Reviews may be held while authenticity, legal, safety, or privacy concerns are evaluated.
Editing, correction, and removal
The business may correct formatting or remove personal information without changing the review’s meaning. A reviewer may request correction or removal by contacting info@1stopinc.co with enough information to identify the submission. The business may preserve records when reasonably necessary for security, disputes, or legal obligations.
License and responsibility
By submitting a review, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and permit the business to display and format it on this website. You remain responsible for the truthfulness and lawfulness of your submission.
