Start with eligibility.
Then get authorization.
Return timing and eligibility depend on whether an item was ordered online, purchased in store, customized, mixed, damaged, defective, or sold as final sale.
Request a return within 15 days of receipt.
Eligible items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags where applicable, and proof of purchase. A return must be approved before anything is shipped back. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
For an eligible change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered return, the buyer pays return shipping and original delivery charges are not refunded. When the store confirms that the wrong, damaged, or defective product was supplied, the store will provide the applicable return or replacement instructions, subject to inspection and lawful rights.
The store policy uses a 15-day return window.
Eligible in-store returns received within seven days are not charged a restocking fee. From day eight through day fifteen, an eligible non-defective return is subject to a 15% restocking fee calculated from the item purchase price. Defective, damaged, or store-error claims are reviewed separately. Condition and packaging requirements still apply.
Mixed and custom-matched products have stricter limits.
Once a paint order has been processed and material has been mixed, it cannot normally be canceled. Custom-matched paint, interior dye, and wheel-paint products are generally non-returnable.
Valid color-mismatch, defect, or damage claims reported within 30 days of shipment may be reviewed for a remedy even when a custom product is otherwise final. Contact the store immediately and obtain written authorization before sending anything back.
Incorrect customer-supplied color codes, a change of mind, inability to use the material, a vehicle sale, later damage, professional repair completed elsewhere, or unmet subjective repair expectations are not valid return reasons after the custom product is processed.
For handling, transport, use, and disposal, follow the current product label, SDS, TDS, and applicable federal, California, and local requirements. See product-safety information.
Inspect the delivery immediately.
Contact the store promptly when an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Keep the packaging and provide clear photographs or other evidence. This information may be required for a carrier or manufacturer claim.
Gift cards are non-returnable. Any item specifically marked final sale will be identified before purchase, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Authorization comes before shipment.
- Call (951) 682-1688 or contact order support with the order number, purchasing email, item or SKU, and reason.
- Wait for eligibility confirmation, return instructions, and a return-goods authorization number when issued.
- Use the original packaging when possible. Include a copy of the original order and place the authorization number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Remove or cover old shipping labels and send the package only to the authorized destination.
Inspection happens before approval.
After an authorized return is received and inspected, the store determines whether the refund is approved. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing can add time after the store submits the refund.
Call (951) 682-1688 or send a request with the order number, product, reason, and only necessary photographs. Do not include payment-card details, passwords, government IDs, or unrelated personal information. See the Privacy Policy.
